These terms govern the services provided by The Curb Agency ("we," "us") to you ("client"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English on purpose.
Your subscription includes:
There are no setup fees or long-term contracts. You pay month-to-month at the rate agreed upon when your service begins.
We charge your agreed monthly fee via credit or debit card through Stripe. Your first payment is due when your site goes live. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same day each month.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you 7 days to update your payment method before service is paused.
There is no contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing mtiojanco@kalamazoogourmet.com. There are no cancellation fees.
Payments are non-refundable and are not prorated. When you cancel, your service and website will remain active through the end of your current billing period, then be taken offline.
We'll provide an export of your site content on request.
We retain the right to take the site offline after the subscription ends. The design, code, and copy we produced for your site are our property unless separately agreed in writing — but the content you provided (your business name, photos, contact information) is yours and we'll return it to you on request.
The Curb Agency is not liable for lost revenue or business impacts arising from website downtime, search engine ranking changes, or other factors outside our direct control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the most recent billing period.
We may update these terms with 30 days' advance notice by email. If you continue your subscription after the notice period, you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, you may cancel without penalty.
