These terms govern the services provided by The Curb Agency ("we," "us") to you ("client"). By subscribing to any of our services below, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English on purpose.
We offer three services. You can subscribe to the first two individually or together; Full Service includes both.

The Local Visibility plan has a one-time setup fee, billed with your first payment, covering the initial category and profile work. Full Service has a one-time launch fee covering the setup work listed on its page. The Websites plan has no setup fee. If you take Websites and Local Visibility together, the Local Visibility setup fee is waived.
Websites and Local Visibility have no long-term contract — you pay month-to-month and can cancel anytime. Full Service has a 90-day minimum term (local rankings move on a 60–90 day cycle, and we ask for enough runway to show you the before-and-after); after 90 days it continues month-to-month, cancel anytime.
We ask every customer for a review — never a selected subset predicted to respond positively. We do not offer incentives conditional on a positive review, write or post reviews using AI, or use reviews from anyone who wasn't a genuine customer. This isn't just our policy — it's required under the FTC's Consumer Reviews Rule.
We respond to every new review and will dispute reviews that genuinely violate Google's policies, but we can't guarantee Google removes them, and we don't promise specific rankings or review counts — nobody legitimately can.
We charge your agreed monthly fee(s) via credit or debit card through Stripe. Your first payment (plus the Local Visibility setup fee or Full Service launch fee, if applicable) is due when your service begins. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same day each month.
If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you 7 days to update your payment method before service is paused.
You can cancel any service by emailing hello@thecurbagency.com. There are no cancellation fees. Websites and Local Visibility can be cancelled at any time; Full Service can be cancelled any time after its 90-day minimum term.
Payments — including the Local Visibility setup fee and the Full Service launch fee — are non-refundable and are not prorated. When you cancel, your service remains active through the end of your current billing period.
We'll provide an export of your site content on request.
Websites: we retain the right to take your site offline after the subscription ends. The design, code, and copy we produced are our property unless separately agreed in writing — but the content you provided (your business name, photos, contact information) is yours and we'll return it to you on request.
Local Visibility: we stop requesting reviews and monitoring your profile on your behalf. Your Google Business Profile stays live, and any category corrections or reviews already earned remain in place — we don't undo completed work. You're welcome to keep managing it yourself.
Full Service: the Websites and Local Visibility terms above both apply. In addition, we'll provide a full export of your CRM data — contacts, jobs, and conversation history — on request, at no charge. Your NFC cards are yours to keep, though the review link they point to remains subject to Google's own policies.
The Curb Agency is not liable for lost revenue or business impacts arising from website downtime, search engine ranking changes, Google's decisions about review visibility or removal, profile suspensions, or other factors outside our direct control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the most recent billing period.
We may update these terms with 30 days' advance notice by email. If you continue your subscription after the notice period, you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, you may cancel without penalty.
